Hello and Welcome!

I am Dr. Tiffany Sparks-Keeney (she/her), inclusive arts consultant, sensory friendly specialist and occupational therapist.

Visual description: Tiffany (she/her), a half Japanese woman in her mid-40s, stands outside smiling. She has shoulder-length brown hair and is wearing a dark pink v-neck shirt. My passion is expanding organizations’ vision of accessibility to encompass the full spectrum of human diversity. I help organizations consider the myraid barriers to arts participation and develop and implement practices, programs, and performances that welcome people of all abilities and identities.

Inclusive Arts OT is the culmination and perfect blend of my education, Dance in Theater (BS), Occupational Therapy (MOT), Educational Leadership (EdD), my work experience in each of those areas, and my lived experience as a biracial, neurodiverse person with a disability.

It is important to look at the background and skill of a practitioner when choosing a consultant. The primary objective of occupational therapy is increasing participation for people in things they want to do, need to do, and are expected to do, and I have over fifteen years of experience examining opportunities for inclusion and community participation. Additionally I have extensive training in sensory processing and over a fifteen years of working directly with individuals with sensory processing disorder, ADHD, anxiety, emotion regulation challenges, autism, cerebral palsy and other disorders and disabilities through a sensory processing, emotion regulation based framework. This gives me unique insight into creating inclusive spaces for all. I look forward to partnering with your organization to increase inclusion and equity!
